Solid Sales Pro™, operating on various types of handheld computers, is compatible with a wide range of printers. Due to the sheer number of wireless computers and printers, though, it’s impossible to thoroughly test every configuration and combination of these hardware devices. As such, Solid Innovation® recommends to our clients only the hardware available on our online store to ensure the compatibility of these devices as they have been quality tested.
Aside from our recommended products, many other wireless computer and printer combinations may work with our software. To help chart the compatibility and settings required for these wireless devices to work with each other, the Mobile Printer Compatibility Guide can be found below. It contains all our known mobile computer and printer combinations and the settings that make them work.

| Confirmed | This printer and mobile device combination is used by Solid clients but has not yet been tested by Solid for approval. Results may not be guaranteed. |
| Not Approved | This printer is found to be not compatible through either Solid or client testing. |
If a mobile computer is not listed for a listed printer, it's because that particular combination has not yet been tested by Solid or reported by a client as having been tested.
