Turnaround

Computer Equipment: If ordered by 3:00 pm EST, Monday - Friday, items are usually shipped by courier within 24 hours. If not in stock, you will be notified with an estimated shipping date.

Computer Software is available for download. It may take up to 4 hours to provide access to your software order. We will notify you by email.

Back Orders

If an item goes on backorder, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Order Tracking

We will update your order with tracking information if the shipping carrier provides one.

Shipping Rates

Orders over $500 qualify for free three-day ground* on parcel shipping in the continental US and Canada. Orders less than $500 will have a flat shipping fee of $14.50.

However, shipping cost on paper is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will see the shipping cost, and you can choose not to place your order.
