In Web Management Interface
The mobile administrator will need to create a new mobile record by following these steps:
- Log in to SolidRouteAccounting.com, and navigate to the Mobiles screen.
- To create a new mobile record, click on [Create New] and fill in the following fields:
- Name - a descriptive name for this mobile
- If available, enter the salesperson’s email address, and the system will email the login credentials to them.
- Customize any remaining settings to your needs, or start with the default settings.
- Click on [Save]
- If you provided no salesperson email, please furnish the login credentials to the salesperson.
- For an existing mobile record, select the mobile and click on [Send login instructions via email] or provide the login credentials to the salesperson.
On the Mobile Device
Follow these steps to install Solid Sales Pro™ on your mobile device:
- For Android devices
- For iOS devices
- When Solid Sales Pro™ starts, it will display the 0001 Setup screen prompting for login credentials:
- Enter the credentials provided by your mobile administrator, and tap on [Continue]
- Solid Sales Pro™ will start synchronizing data. Please note that the first sync may take longer than usual.
- Once complete, the Solid Sales Pro™ home screen is displayed.
- Tap on the menu icon (☰) to get started.
