New Features Added:

Solid Order Entry™

  1. We released the initial version of Solid Order Entry™, enabling customers to place orders with you easily. If this interests you and your customers, please visit the Solid Order Entry™ product page.
  2. Implemented Approved Product List (APL) for Solid Order Entry™. For more details, please see Article #334 Approved Product Lists (APL).
  3. Added a notification email to the supplier when a new Order is placed through the Solid Order Entry™ app.

SolidRouteAccounting.com

  1. Speed Improvements - mobile sync times are significantly improved.
  2. You can now enable a custom label for PO Number Field. E.g., instead of the default "PO Number", you may want to call it "Vender Num" to print the vendor number for some chain customers.
  3. SRP Totals - you can now turn off the printing of the SRP Totals section while still printing the SRP price column.
  4. PDF Filenames - we improved the naming convention for PDF files to match the content better.
  5. Stop Analysis Report - the report now displays the parent customer name, the ship-to-customer name and the ship-to-city for added clarity.
  6. For QuickBooks Online Integration:
    1. Customer Terms - are now imported from QuickBooks Online and displayed on Solid Sales Pro™ transactions.
    2. Item Cost - is now visible on the Solid Sales Pro™ 1135 Item Details screen.
    3. Item Category - QuickBooks Online clients can now group their items by category on the 1131 Add Items screen.
  7. For Sage 100 Integration:
    1. Improved the mobile user import processing
    2. Sales Order - the system will only import open Sales Orders if Delivery Confirmation is enabled.
    3. Barcode Field - added an option to map the Sage 100 custom field containing the item barcode.
    4. Ship-to Addresses - removed the parent customer name from ship-to addresses.
  8. For SYSPRO Integration:
    1. Postal Code - the postal code is now imported for all addresses.
    2. Tax Import - improve the tax import processing to ensure that tax setup is always up-to-date.

Solid Fusion™

  1. Speed Improvements - Solid Fusion™ sync times are significantly improved.
  2. Self-pruning log files - implemented this to improve the speed.

  4. Allow multiple email addresses separated by a comma in the email to and cc fields.
  5. We fixed an issue where changes to the Route Sheet Build-to Levels would not save.
  6. Add the option to print the Line Item Count at the end of a transaction.
  7. The 1210 View Transaction screen in Solid Sales Pro™ can now sort the transaction's line items by Original, Item Name, Qty descending or Qty ascending order.
  8. We implemented some minor print template changes.
  9. We included a few minor printing improvements in Solid Sales Pro™.

Program Issues Corrected:

Solid Fusion™

  1. We improved the Solid Fusion™ sync speed.
  2. We prevented Solid Fusion™ from importing duplicate records from the ERP system.
  3. We have fixed the issue where the customer's Default PO Number was not filled in in the case of Delivery Confirmation.
  4. For QuickBooks Sales Orders, Solid Fusion™ now imports and displays the Sales Order RefNumber on the Transaction View screen.
  5. We have improved the handling of the Status field when importing a Sales Order from the ERP system.

Due to the enhanced security, we had to restrict the number of supported devices:

  1. Solid Sales Pro™ only runs on Android 5 or higher.
  2. Solid Sales Pro™ will only run on ARM devices (this covered most cell phones and tablets) and will no longer run on x86 devices.
