Do you need to record various aspects at a customer site, such as shelf displays, damages, or just the store's appearance? Do you need an easy way to associate these records with a customer site? Solid Sales Pro™ can capture pictures, associate them with customer sites, and retrieve these pictures easily on our Management Console.
This feature is available in Solid Route Accounting™ with Extended Features or Enterprise Features. For more information on this feature, please do not hesitate to contact a Solid Product Specialist or call 1-888-667-3769 ext 2.
Solid Sales Pro™
There are no special configuration settings for this feature. If you are licensed for this feature, the 1100 Create Transaction screen will have additional [Attach Photo] and [Capture Picture] buttons.

When you tap the [Attach Photo] button, Solid Sales Pro™ will open your device's image picker, allowing you to select an existing picture to attach to the transaction. Once done, you will return to the 1100 Create Transaction screen.
When you tap the [Capture Picture] button, Solid Sales Pro™ will open your camera app. Use it to take a picture; once you have done so, you will return to the 1100 Create Transaction screen. To add another image, repeat the process.
The next time Solid Sales Pro™ synchronizes, the picture(s) will be uploaded to the Management Console.
