Answer: This situation will arise when looking at a Customer Statement or Ageing Report that has been backdated to a previous month or previous period in general. When a Customer Statement or Ageing Report is backdated, all transactions more recent than that backdate will be chronologically ignored, including ROAs and other such payments. This is because the ROA payments were applied more recently than the backdated date used for the Customer Statement or Ageing Report. Consequently, the transactions that have been 'Paid' will still print on the Customer Statement or Ageing Report because back at that time, they were not yet paid. For a more recent and accurate report of their account, re-print the Customer Statement or Ageing Report from today's date.
