Do you need to record various aspects at a customer site, such as shelf displays, damages, or just the store's appearance? Do you need an easy way to associate these records to a customer site? Solid Sales Pro™ can capture pictures, associate them to customer sites and has an easy way of retrieving these pictures on our Management Console.

This feature is available in Solid Route Accounting™ with Extended Features or Enterprise Features. For more information on this feature, please do not hesitate to contact a Solid Product Specialist or call 1-888-667-3769 ext 2.

Solid Sales Pro™

There are no special configuration settings for this feature. If you are licensed for this feature, the 1100 Create Transaction screen will have an additional [Add Picture] button.

Solid Sales Pro Add a Picture

When you tap on the [Add Picture] button, Solid Sales Pro™ will open your device's camera app. Use it to take a picture; once done, you will return to the 1100 Create Transaction screen. To add another image, repeat the process.

The next time Solid Sales Pro™ synchronizes, the picture(s) will be uploaded to the cloud.

Management Console

You can easily view pictures associated with transactions from the web-based Management Console, SolidRouteAccounting.com.

  1. Log in to SolidRouteAccounting.com
  2. Navigate to [Sales / Sales]
  3. On the Sales - List screen, the last column indicates the number of pictures associated with that particular transaction.

  4. To view the attachments click, on the transaction and the attachment are listed below the transaction details.

  5. To open an attachment, click on the link.

Emailing Pictures with Transactions:

In order to include the attachment(s) when emailing transactions, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to SolidRouteAccounting.com
  2. Navigate to the Settings screen
  3. Under the Email Settings section
  4. Change the Email Transaction Attachments field to:
    1. Always – always email attachments with the transaction
    2. Never – never email attachment with the transaction
