An invoice can tell a lot about your company. For many businesses, the look and feel of the invoice are very important. Let's face it; sometimes, we do judge a book by its cover.
So Solid Route Accounting™ – allows you to choose what to print on transactions and customize the layout.
Header and Footer Images
The system allows you to add a header and/or a footer image that will be included on all transactions. To upload these images, please follow these steps:
- Log in to SolidRouteAccounting.com
- Navigate to [Settings / Header and Footer].
- To upload a header or footer image, click the [Choose File] button.

This will open a browse window, where you can browse for and select any GIF, JPG or PNG image file. To upload the file, select it and click on [Open].
Note: if the image height is larger than 100 pixels, the system will resize the image height to 100.

To delete an already uploaded image, click on the [Delete] button.
Transaction Layout Customization
Further customizations are available on the Settings page. The Transaction Settings section lets you choose what information to print on transactions.
The following transaction shows what sections can be turned on/off using the setting above.
