1. New Customer Creation - fixed the issue where under certain circumstances after you created a new customer on the handheld you could not immediately create a new transaction for that customer.
2. Delivery Confirmation Finalizing Orders - Solid Sales Pro™ will now prevent you from converting an Order into a Credit.
3. Order Creation - when creating an Order on the handheld with return code tracking turned on, Solid Sales Pro™ will skip the return code screen and move directly to the 1131 Add Items screen.
4. Preventing Negative Quantities on Orders - Solid Sales Pro™ will now prevent the user from entering a negative quantity on an Order.

Voiding Transactions - Voiding of transactions allows sales staff to void transactions (invoices, credits and payments) that have not yet been cashed out, which will return the items back into inventory and void the customer transaction. 3. One Time Price Override Code - The One-time Price Override feature allows system administrators to provide sales reps with unique 10-digit code that will allow the sales rep to override prices in Solid Sales Pro™. 4. Penny Rounding - if enabled, Solid Sales Pro™ will round cash transactions (invoices, orders and credits) to the nearest 5 cents. Please see the following Solid Know How™ article for more details: Article #307 Configuring the Penny Rounding Feature
5. Increased Note Field - the Note field on the 1120 Set Bill Options screen has been increased to 200 characters.
6. Increased Answer Field - Solid Survey™ any text answer field has been increased to a 1000 characters.

1. Default Transaction Type - on the Handhelds screen you can now define the default transaction type per mobile. So if a particular mobile only generates Order you can set its Default Transaction Type to Orders instead of Invoice.

4. On Demand Sync - fixed the issue where when on-demand sync was configured for a mobile Solid Sales Pro™ would still try to upload a transaction after printing.
5. Sales History - fixed the issue where credit quantities in the sales history section did not display as negative numbers on the 1135 Item Details screen.

1. Number of Items Sold - the 1100 Create Transaction screen now shows the number of items sold and/or returned in the totals area.
2. Editing SRP Price - if enabled to do so the sales rep can now edit the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) on the 1135 Item Details screen.
   1. You may enable this feature on a per mobile basis on the Handhelds screen on SolidRouteAccounting.com.
3. Printing Solid Survey™ results - Solid Sales Pro™ now has the option to print Solid Survey™ results with a transaction that was generated at the same time.
   1. Navigate to the Survey screen to enable this Auto Print option. For more information please consult the Solid Know How™ Article #292 Solid Survey™
4. Delivery Confirmation - Delivery Confirmation is an optionally licensed feature of Solid Route Accounting for Solid Business Central™ that allows Customer Orders saved within the system to be assigned to a Mobile Unit for delivery and finalization as an Invoice.
   1. With Delivery Confirmation, a customer order can be entered on one mobile or in the main office system, then assigned to another mobile computer, where, upon delivery, the transaction can be optionally finalized with changes.
   2. Currently, this feature is part of Solid Business Central™. We are interested in knowing if clients using any of the other ERP systems (QuickBooks®, SYSPRO, FACTS or SX.e) are interested in this feature.

1. Custom Email Server Settings - you now have the option to configuring a custom email server that will be used to send all Solid Route Accounting™ emails.
   1. Since the inception of our new Cloud Edition, many of our clients have taken advantage of this time and money saving system. This improved feature adds extra security to your system. Please see the Solid Know How™ article listed below.
   2. If you are emailing transactions to customer, be sure to configure and validate the Cash-out and Reply-to Email addresses on the Settings screen.

3. Improved Error Handling - SolidRouteAccounting.com has been strengthened for better error handling and reporting.
   1. Integrated Error Reporting - we understand system errors can happen and we want to be the first to know about them. This to help us ensure we solve problems before they interrupt your day.
   2. This is a bold goal and we realize we are not perfect at this. However, based upon the 2 years running our new Cloud Edition, it is a very big improvement over anything previously developed. Clients on the new mobile system spend less time calling for support, which of course, means they get on with their work.
   3. So, these changes are to further improve our automatic, integrated error reporting system.

1. Easy Qty Entry for physical keypad - the 1135 Item Details screen now puts the focus on the quantity field so that users can just press the numeric keys on mobiles with a physical keypad.
   1. Our goal is to support all Android and iOS devices that you, our client, want to use. This change is to ensure the Honeywell Dolphin 7800 device with a physical keyboard performs properly for clients using it.

1. Sync Improvements - enhanced the sync system so that large amounts of data from the mobile can be more easily uploaded to the server.
2. Stock Counts - Regular inventory counts are a great way to monitor inventory shrinkage within any warehouse/cost center. Inventory counts for mobile cost centers are not only easy to do, thanks to barcode scanning, but when planned at the end of a work period such as at the end of a week or month, the trucks have less inventory to count, making this procedure just that much faster and easier. For more information please read Solid Know How™ Article #298: Mobile Stock Counts.
3. Stock Transfers - An important part of Inventory Management is to monitor what inventory is transferred between which warehouses / cost centers. The most efficient way to do this is by creating Inventory/Stock Transfers from Solid Sales Pro™, which allow quantities to be transferred between cost centers by using a traceable and printable transaction. For more information please read Solid Know How™ Article #299: Mobile Stock Transfers.
4. Available Quantity in Supply Warehouse - on the 1135 Item Details screen Solid Sales Pro™ will display the quantity available in the "Order Supply Warehouse" defined for the particular mobile.

1. Users Menu - a new Users menu option has been added. The screen currently displays all the mobile users and you can designate which ones are supervisors.
2. Solid Survey™ Name - the survey name now prints on the transaction when reviewing/reprinting a survey from Sales / Surveys screen.

1. Approved product List (APL) - allows only authorized products to be sold to assigned customers, as well as keeping special pricing. APL will allow you to specify and "limit" the products being sold to a customer or group of customers. 2. Returned Goods Tracking - when a sales person takes a product return they can now allocate a return code of Good, Expired or Damaged to the item. For more information please read Solid Know How™ Article #295: Taking Product Returns with Return Code.
3. Sales History Days - you now have the option to specify the number of days of sales history to keep on the mobile. To make change to the number of days of sales history that is kept on the mobile, log onto SolidRouteAccounting.com, navigate to the Settings screen, and change the "Days of History to Keep on Handheld" field. The value can range from 1to 90 days.

When a network connection is available, whether Wi-Fi or cellular data network, Solid Sales Pro™ synchronises transactions and data with the server (SolidRouteAccounting.com) in one of two manners:

1. A complete sync, this means it will first upload any transactions that have not yet been synched to the server. Then it will download the latest customer, product and pricing data.
2. An upload only, this happens after each transaction is saved, and will only upload transactions not yet been synched to the server.

If no network connection is available Solid Sales Pro™ will continue working with the current data.

A complete sync happens in the following cases:

1. On Solid Sales Pro™ application start-up
2. At start of the day and before Solid Sales Pro™ login, if mobile login is enabled
3. After Day/Trip End processing
4. After Solid Sales Pro™ logout, if mobile login is enabled
5. On demand by tapping [Settings / Sync Now]

To ensure that mobiles do synchronise every so often, the server defines a maximum number of days that a mobile can operate without synchronising. This is defined on the Settings page on SolidRouteAccounting.com, and can be any value between 1 and 20 days (the default is 10).

1. The Search Functionality on the 1110 Customer Lookup and 1131 Item Lookup screen has been worked on extensively. Here is how we suggest you use it:
   • Upon first entering these screens, either:
     • Scroll down or up to your selection, or ...
     • Activate the alphabetic search by touching on the search field.
   • Alphabetic search:
     • Type in the first characters you are looking for.
     • The screen will scroll to the first match closest to your selection.
     • If your selection is not present, it will stop on the first match after the end.
       • If your selection is further down the list, just scroll.
     • If your selection is above the stop point, or, in order to move back up the list, one of 2 ways works:
       • Backspace characters one or more at a time from the search area, or ...
       • Top - Use the Top button.
