If you are experiencing difficulties with screen response on mobile computers, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure Screen Alignment:
- In Janam XP30 – From the Home screen select Prefs. From the Prefs drop down, select Digitizer and run through the alignment carefully.
- In Janam XM65/66 – From the Home screen select Start, Settings. From the System tab, select Screen then Align Screen. Follow the prompts.
- If Incorrect Response to Above:
- If you cannot get any response from the digitizer and have ensured the battery is sufficiently charged, then you will need to send in for repairs.
