Article #201 Standing Order cannot be selected!

Description: In the ‘1120 Set Bill Options’ screen, when changing the ‘Bill Type’ to ‘S-Standing’, the message displays, “Standing Order cannot be selected!

Resolution: This message is displayed because the route sales person using the handheld computer has logged into Solid Sales Pro as an employee, not a supervisor. Only supervisors can create Standing Orders. To allow a route sales person to create Standing Orders, view their mobile unit record in Solid Mobile Central at [Mobile / Information], ensure their Employee ID is set in the ‘Sup ID’ field, and [Apply] this change. Once the handheld computer is synced to apply this change to it, they should now be able to create Standing Orders.
