Description: When accessing an area of the Solid Sales Pro program, often involving Inventory or Customer Records, the message displays, “Table on the device has the wrong schema. Please make sure that you have the right tables installed.”
Tapping the onscreen [OK] button to continue displays the error, “Error 31: No records in table or bad header value -”.
This problem often appears soon after a software upgrade has been performed on the Solid Route Accounting business system.
