Description: When entering Solid Sales Pro, the error message displays, “Error 31: No records in table or bad header value.”
Resolution: This often occurs after the handheld computer was soft reset, typically following a system freeze up while working in Solid Sales Pro. If this is the case, the transaction that was being worked on at the time will possibly be lost. To resolve this issue, the handheld computer must be synced with its mobile unit record set to be Re-Initialized.
