Article #156 Error 36: Table Not Found

Description: When starting Solid Sales Pro, the error shows, “Error 36: Table Not Found.” This is often caused by a sync not completing successfully, or may appear after Solid Sales Pro has frozen up and a soft reset was performed to get the handheld computer working again.

Resolution: To resolve this, simply sync the handheld computer once again, and ensure that the sync completes successfully. If the problem persists, set the mobile unit record for this handheld computer to ‘Reinitialize’ and try the sync again.

Prevention: Always ensure that the handheld computer has synced successfully on its last attempt, and that the route sales person can enter Solid Sales Pro before driving to their first stop.
