For: Solid Route Accounting - Parts Management Edition only.
Specialized technical assistance, recovery of files, or technical support on older systems. Sometimes, a problem hits and you need very special assistance. Before purchasing, please call or email for a quick assessment. While we cannot guarantee recovery to your specifications, we will do our best and hopefully, recovery will work.
There are a few limitations:
- While we will do our best to help you recover from whatever disaster if it does not work or there are errors as a result, there are no refunds. Remember, your best defence is regular, daily backups.
- Up to a maximum of 5 hours total will be spent on your project within the coming 3 months. If more time is needed, then you may purchase additional support tickets.
- Upgrades to your business system is not covered.
