Technical Support - Single Incident
For: Solid Route Accounting™ for QuickBooks®
Technical Support Tickets enable you to call directly to a Solid Innovation Customer Service Representative and receive prompt one-on-one technical assistance for most problems associated with the operation of Solid Route Accounting™ for QuickBooks® or related computer equipment that you have purchased here. The following limitations apply:
- One call - This support plan allows you to submit questions for 1 subject in 1 call, to a maximum call duration of 1 hour. For example, if you are having trouble with a particular issue, then that is the complete call.
- These support tickets expire in one year whether used or not.
- Repair of Lost or Damaged Files - If files have been lost or damaged they can be repaired only to the extent you have backups available. So, be sure to backup often.
- Software Upgrades are not included with this support plan. If you want upgrades, either repurchase the system or purchase a "Full Service" support plan.
