Specialized technical assistance for the recovery of data. Sometimes, a problem hits and you need very special assistance. Before purchasing, please call in for a quick assessment. While we cannot guarantee recovery to your specifications, we will do our best and hopefully, recovery will work.
Situations that may be covered (provided you have discussed this matter first). There are a few limitations:
- Data Recovery - We can often recover lost data. However, while we will do our best, complete results cannot be guaranteed.
- No Refunds - While we will do our best to help you recover from whatever disaster if it does not work or there are errors as a result, there are no refunds. Remember, your best defence is regular, daily backups.
- One call - This support ticket allows you to request the recovery of 1 weeks of data/transactions. For example, if you need to restore data for the past 2 weeks you will have to purchase 2 support tickets.
